Examinations
Unit 5: St Mark's Gospel - 50% of total marks A thematic study of Mark's Gospel e.g. Discipleship and how each theme relates to Christian life today.
Unit 4: Roman Catholicism: Ethics - 50% of total marks This unit will examine the effect of the Roman Catholic Tradition upon aspects of Christian lifestyle and behaviour.
Students will sit both examinations at the end of Year 11.

Recommended revision texts
Revision booklets for Unit 4 and Unit 5 are written in school by the RE Department. All students will be issued with copies at the appropriate time in the course.

Students should meet all homework deadlines. If students are absent from school, they should ensure that missed work is copied up. |

Students should revise thoroughly and aim to achieve their target grade in all End of Module tests. |

A high level of concentration in class is essential at all times if students are to achieve their target grade. |
